Spent Christmas here and it was a memorable experience. The rooms were beautiful and had huge bathrooms. The location provided a mix of exploring traditional towns and enjoying the beauty of the surroundings. Staff was friendly and attentive making sure all our needs were met. Loved the fact that the hotel was part of a program that helped the local artisans. The pool area offered a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind.

Although the food was good, the menu was limited and the level of English spoken was not high, making it sometimes hard to communicate our requests. The hotel was in a remote location which made it difficult to find alternatives to the restaurant.

We enjoyed staff and service here. Free parking on-site was provided. It is so close to the airport.

Stayed here for Christmas and loved the authentic Yucatan experience. Beautiful grounds with a botanical garden tour lead by a knowledgeable guide. Amazing service from local staff who made us feel right at home. Room was elegantly decorated and had quality amenities. Great location for exploring the surrounding countryside.

Lack of activities on the property and limited menu options made for a slightly boring stay after a couple of days. Noise from the nearby village detracted from the peaceful nature of the property at times.

Impressive! This hotel is the ultimate luxurious getaway! Staying here was an unforgettable experience and all my needs were fulfilled. As soon as I arrived, the staff offered me a warm welcome and impeccable service throughout my stay. The hotel's beautiful garden area and outdoor swimming pool provided a perfect place to unwind, while the restaurant's delicious food and the bar/lounge area's cocktails, lived up to my expectations. However, the private facilities were a highlight here; the large and well-decorated room, with its exclusive amenities, made me feel like royalty.

This hotel is truly amazing, but the only minor issue was the location. It was quite remote and hard to get to, but once I found this gem, it was worth the detour.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and the private plunge pool in our suite. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The location on the west coast of Yucatan was close to the Uxmal ruins, which we visited and enjoyed. The breakfast was perfect and the cleanliness was outstanding.
